These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexpost platform ("Service") operated by Nexpost ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Nexpost is a content scheduling and publishing platform that allows users to create, schedule, and distribute content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Connected Platforms

By connecting your social media accounts to Nexpost, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your scheduling preferences. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Nexpost. We do not review, endorse, or assume liability for user-generated content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

7. Fees and Payment

Nexpost may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, features, and billing terms are communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
